A series of short stories filled with mishaps and missed turns that turn ordinary lives inside out. None of them were exceptional in any way, and the best thing I can say about them is that they were entertaining while I read them. I liked reading them, they were definitely not boring, but they were definitely not memorable other than to say that there were some unexpected plot twists. They were worth reading once, at least.

I have to admit, it's Stephen King, and I'm biased. I have always loved his work, and this is no exception. This story is an interesting account of what might happen if the things of our imagination were allowed to cross over into the real world. And by “things”, I don't mean the good ones!

Being a fan of the X-Files, I picked it up because it is read by Gillian Anderson. To my surprise, it turned out to be quite the saucy tale. I expected something a little more along the lines of Interview with a Vampire, but it was actually very different!

A bunch of new-age, ufologist, pre-millenial prophecy hogwash. It seemed like an interesting title at a used book sale, so I picked it up. Man am I glad I only spent a $1.50 on it!

A mystery set in a private college, it follows the actions and thoughts of three students as they attend classes for Logic and Reasoning 204, taught in a very unusual fashion by a quite mysterious Professor Williams. I found it very intriguing, with a totally unexpected plot twist ending.

NOTE: I use a 0 to 5 system to rate what I've read. A book or article that has no rating at all is either waiting to be finished, or I've not had the chance to rate it yet.
0 = I disliked the book, and do not recommend it at all.
1 = The book was just tolerable enough to finish.
2 = The book was okay but nothing to write home about.
3 = The book was fair enough to read at least once.
4 = The book was enjoyable and definitely worth reading.
5 = I thoroughly enjoyed the book or it had a lasting impact.
